[FR] Avec des rafales pouvant dépasser les 260 kmh, le Cyclone tropical intense Fanele s’est abattu sur les côtes Ouest de Madagascar cette nuit, au sud de Morondava entre les localités de Andranopasy Morombe au sud et de Belo-sur-Mer au nord, sur la frôntière qui sépare les régions administratives de Menabe et Atsimo-Andrefana. Selon les prévisions de météofrance à la Réunion, Fanele traversera l’île d’Ouest en Est pour sortir entre Farafangana et Fort-Dauphin très probablement demain.
