• Alors comme ça tu as le N° de portable du nouvel ambassadeur?
• Non, je me demandai juste pourquoi ils ont refusé le visa pour cet avocat suisse …
• Et?
• J’ai appelé l’ambassade de Madagascar ici basée à Genève, mais ils ont nié avoir refusé le visa … Je l’ai signalé sur twitter.

Plus tôt dans la journée, selon les allégations d’un journal francophone à Madagascar «Les-Nouvelles»: « l’ambassade malgache en Suisse aurait rejeté » une demande de visa à Charles Poncet, avocat suisse du groupe alimentaire Tiko appartenant au président déchu Marc Ravalomanana. Cette nouvelle à été repris par la radio Fahazavana à Antananarivo. Information imédiatement re-twitté par le bloggueur Jentilisa qui a piqué ma curiosité au point de poser la question … à l’origine de ce démenti.
Si l’AmbaMadGE avait son propre compte twitter à l’instar du Dpt américain dipnote ils auraient pu publier le démenti eux-même mais ceci est une autre histoire.

• I called the Embassy of Madagascar here based in Geneva, but they denied having refused the visa … I posted on Twitter.

Earlier today a Madagascar’s french speaking newspaper «Les-Nouvelles» alleged that Malagasy Embassy in Switzerland had refused to issue a visa to Charles Poncet, Swiss lawyer of agro-group Tiko belonging to ousted President Marc Ravalomanana. This news was reported by radio Fahazavana in Antananarivo. Information published in Twitter by the blogger Jentilisa which drew my attention and lead me to ask … which is the source of this denial.
If AmbaMadGE had it own twitter account like US Dept’s dipnote they could publish denied themselves but that is another story.
